Developer Streaks

Shipping consistently is hard. To keep you motivated, LaunchVerse includes a gamified Developer Streak system.

How Streaks Work

Your streak is a measure of how many consecutive days you have successfully shipped code to a LaunchVerse project.

    1. Shipping: A "ship" is defined as a successful deployment to either a Preview Environment or Production. Failed builds do not count towards your streak.
    2. Timezone: Streaks are calculated using the UTC timezone. A new day begins at 00:00 UTC.
    3. The Heatmap: Your profile and dashboard will display a GitHub-style heatmap showing your deployment activity over the last year.

Maintaining Your Streak

To keep your streak alive, you must trigger at least one successful deployment every 24 hours (UTC). If you miss a day, your streak resets to zero.

Badges and Rewards

As you hit specific streak milestones (e.g., 7 days, 30 days, 100 days), your profile will automatically unlock unique Developer Badges.

These badges are visible to your team members and can be showcased on your public LaunchVerse profile. We believe shipping should be fun, and our most consistent shippers may occasionally receive surprise platform credits!
