Billing & Quotas

Helix pricing is transparent and billed in Naira through Paystack.

Quota dimensions

Each plan has daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for:

• Helix queries — natural-language instructions and agent responses.
• Sandbox compute — CPU seconds used to run tests, builds, and migrations.
• Provider API calls — calls made to connected cloud providers.
• Sandbox storage — persistent storage used during runs.

Overage protection

Helix stops accepting new tasks when a quota is exhausted. We do not silently auto-charge overages. You can upgrade at any time from your team settings.

Invoices

Invoices are generated monthly and emailed to the team billing contact. Receipts can be downloaded from the dashboard.
